Immigration (Transition) Act (2022 Revision) IMMIGRATION (TRANSITION) (GRANT OF THE RIGHT TO BE CAYMANIAN) (NO. 2) ORDER, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1)(e) of the Immigration (Transition) Act (2022 Revision), the Cabinet, acting on the recommendation of the Caymanian Status and Permanent Residency Board, makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transition) (Grant of the Right to be Caymanian) (No. 2) Order, 2024.

Grantee of the right to be Caymanian The right to be Caymanian is hereby conferred on Hortensia Laudelina Fernandez. Made in Cabinet the 3rd day of September, 2024. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet Laid in the Parliament the 7th day of October, 2024.
