Immigration (Transition) Act, 2018 IMMIGRATION (TRANSITION) (GRANT OF THE RIGHT TO BE CAYMANIAN) (NO.3) ORDER, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1)(e) of the Immigration (Transition) Act, 2018 the Cabinet, acting on the recommendation of the Caymanian Status and Permanent Residency Board, makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transition) (Grant of the Right to be Caymanian) (No.3) Order, 2020.
