Immigration (Transition) Act (2022 Revision) IMMIGRATION (TRANSITION) (GRANT OF THE RIGHT TO BE CAYMANIAN) ORDER, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1)(e) of the Immigration (Transition) Act (2022 Revision), the Cabinet, acting on the recommendation of the Caymanian Status and Permanent Residency Board, makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transition) (Grant of the Right to be Caymanian) Order, 2025.

Grantee of the right to be Caymanian The right to be Caymanian is hereby conferred on Rowan Anthony Mullings.
