Citation This Order may be cited as the Animals (Restrictions on Riding) Order (1996 Revision). Definitions In this Order — “beach” means the beach, seashore and seabed (irrespective of its physical constituents) lying on the seaward side of whichever of the building, vegetation or fence line is closest to the seawater at any given point; “Seven Mile Beach” includes all that area of beach which is located at the southern extremity from a line due west of the Wharf Restaurant at latitude North 19f 18’ 26” and longitude West 81f 23’ 08” and on the northern extremity a line due west of the junction of West Bay Road/Town Hall Road/Northwest Point Road at latitude North 19f 22’ 26” and longitude West 81f 24’ 16”; and “night” means any time between sunset and the following sunrise. Prohibition on riding on Seven Mile Beach The riding or driving of a horse on any part of Seven Mile Beach is prohibited at all times.
