(APPLICATION FEES) REGULATIONS, 2010 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75(1)(aa) of the Customs Law (2007 Revision), the Governor in Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Bonded Warehouses) (Application Fees) Regulations, 2010. Fees The fees for an application for processing of approval of a place of security as a bonded warehouse or for variation of any such approval shall be as prescribed in the

(Regulation 2) Application for processing of approval of a place of security as a

bonded warehouse. $1000.00 Application for variation of approval for an existing bonded warehouse for — (a) extension of size of a bonded warehouse $500.00 (b) change in location of a bonded warehouse $500.00 change of name of a bonded warehouse (d) change in bond value amount for a bonded warehouse (e) change of goods for a bonded warehouse (f) change of warehouse keeper for a bonded warehouse Made in Cabinet this 28th day of September, 2010.
