NORMAL AGE OF PENSION ENTITLEMENT OPTION ORDER, 2016 In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the National Pensions Law (2012 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Normal Age of Pension Entitlement Option Order, 2016. Period within which option may be exercised A person may opt for the normal age of pension entitlement of sixty years of age if that person attains sixty years of age between 1st January, 2017 and 31st December, 2029 inclusive of these dates.
