Regulation 1
Partnership Act (2024 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by 56 of the Partnership Act (2024 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2024. (2) These Regulations come into force immediately after the Partnership (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 comes into force. Fees The prescribed fee for the item specified in column 2 of the table in the Schedule is the corresponding amount specified in column 4 of the table in the Schedule. Repeal The Partnership (Fees) Regulations (2007 Revision) are repealed.
