SUMMARY JURISDICTION LAW (LAW 10 OF 1975)

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Summary Jurisdiction Law, I hereby prescribe the seal appearing in the Schedule to be the seal of summary courts in the Islands.

THE CAYMANIAN PROTECTION LAW (REVISED) (SECTION 37)

THE EXCLUSION (WILLIAM RUBIN) ORDER, 1983

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor by Section 37 (g) of The Caymanian Protection Law (Revised) and of every other power him thereunto enabling, and acting on the information which in his opinion is reliable, the following Order is hereby made:-

(a) this Order may be cited as the Exclusion (William Rubin) Order, 1983

(b) William Rubin is hereby deemed to be an undesirable inhabitant of or visitor to the Cayman Islands.
