THE GRAND COURT RULES COMMITTEE 2026

The Grand Court Rules Committee is established by section 19 of the Grand Court Act. Broadly speaking, this Committee is responsible for making rules governing practice and procedure in the Grand Court and the Summary Court. The Committee comprises the Chief Justice, the Attorney-General and attorneys appointed on the 22nd day of January 2026 by the Chief Justice after consultation with the Cayman Island Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA).
