THE HEALTH PRACTICE (MEDICAL TOURISM FACILITY)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A(2) of the Health Practice Law (2013 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Health Practice (Medical Tourism Facility) The Health City Cayman Islands health care facility is designated as the facility at which the company registered under the Companies Law (2013 Revision) by the name “Health City Cayman Islands Ltd”, may provide medical tourism services.
