Citation This Order may be cited as the Penal Code (Sale of Foodstuff) Prohibition Order Prohibition on sale of foodstuff It is ordered that the sale, or the offer or exposure for sale, of foodstuff in any of the following streets, or on the pavements abutting any of them, is prohibited — Edward Street Albert Panton Street Mary Street from the junction with North Church Street up to the junction with Fort Street Fort Street Cardinal Avenue from Harbour Drive to the junction with Edward Street Shedden Road from the junction with Harbour Drive to the junction with Edward Street Goring Avenue

Elgin Avenue from the junction with Shedden Road to the junction with Hospital Road Jennett Street Harbour Drive North Church Street South Church Street. Temporary licence The Commissioner of Police may, at any time in his discretion, grant a licence, for a period not exceeding one day, and on such terms and conditions as he shall impose, exempting from this Order any church or any club, society, association or other body of a religious, service or charitable nature.
