Public Health Act (2002 Revision) PREVENTION, CONTROL AND SUPPRESSION OF COVID-19 (PROCESSIONS) REGULATIONS, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Public Health Act (2002 Revision) the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention, Control and Suppression of Covid19 (Processions) Regulations, 2021.
Regulation 2 Prevention, Control and Suppression of Covid-19 (Processions) Regulations, 2021
Processions by a uniformed service or a youth organisation in Grand Cayman or Cayman Brac (1) Notwithstanding regulations 3 and 4 of the Prevention, Control and Suppression of Covid-19 (Partial Lifting of Restrictions) Regulations, 2021, a uniformed service or a youth organisation may hold a procession. (2) In this regulation — “uniformed service” means — (a) a naval force, including the Coast Guard; (b) a regiment; and a police force, fire service or prison service; and “youth organisation” means — (a) Cayman Islands Scout Association; (b) Girls’ Brigade Cayman Islands; (c) Cayman Islands Cadet Corps; (d) Girlguiding Cayman Islands; and (e) Cayman Islands Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Pathfinders.
Repeal of the Prevention, Control and Suppression of Covid-19 (Partial Lifting of Restrictions) (Processions) Regulations, 2020 The Prevention, Control and Suppression of Covid-19 (Partial Lifting of Restrictions) (Processions) Regulations, 2020 are repealed.
