Arrangement of Regulations PUBLIC HEALTH (MISCELLANEOUS FEES) REGULATIONS Arrangement of Regulations Regulation FEES Regulation 1 PUBLIC HEALTH (MISCELLANEOUS FEES) REGULATIONS Citation These regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Miscellaneous Fees) Regulations (2011 Revision). Fees The fees specified in the Schedule hereto shall apply in respect of the respective services specified therein and shall be paid to the member of the Cabinet charged with responsibility for finance prior to the provision of the respective service. FEES Cosmetology public hygiene training course $15 per person enrolled for Fee for processing of records, documents, etc., or for research Food handlers public hygiene course $15 per person enrolled for Individual tests for chemical parameters Individual tests for microbiological parameters Individual tests for physical parameters Indoor air quality analysis Indoor air quality site assessment Noise measurement

Provision of a vault having the following dimensions- Length (internal): approximately 88 inches Width (internal): approximately 36 inches Depth: approximately 72 inches

Rental of chipper machine for the shredding of wood, vegetation or other matter $8 per test $5 per test $15 per sample $50 per hour or part thereof (a) $50 per hour or part thereof at any time during the period commencing at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday (other than a public holiday); (b) $75 per hour or part thereof at any time after 5:00 p.m. but before 8:30 a.m. on Monday to Friday (other than a public holiday); and (c) $100 per hour or part thereof at any time on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday. $10 per test $25 per sample $1,200 $40 per test $35 per sample $65 per hour
