Public Health Act (2002 Revision) PUBLIC HEALTH (QUARANTINE) (INFECTED PLACE) (REPEAL) ORDER, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Public Health Act (2002 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Quarantine) (Infected Place) (Repeal) Order, 2021. Repeal of the Public Health (Quarantine) (Infected Place) Order, 1981 The Public Health (Quarantine) (Infected Place) Order, 1981 is repealed. Made in Cabinet the 19th day of January, 2021.
