Temporary Appointment Notice SL 1 of 1992 Interpretation Law TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT NOTICE (SL 1 of 1992) Section 5 Office of Chief Medical Officer For the avoidance of doubt, I confirm that, with effect from the repeal of the Health Services Law and until further notice, the person for the time being carrying out the duties of the office of Medical Officer of Health is the Government’s Chief Medical Officer.
