Elections Act (2021 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109(1) of the Elections Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet, acting on the recommendation of the Supervisor, makes the following Rules — Citation These Rules may be cited as the Elections (Amendment) Rules, 2021. Amendment of rule 15 of the Elections Rules (2021 Revision) - delivery of postal ballot papers to post office The Elections Rules (2021 Revision) are amended in rule 15 as follows — (a) in paragraph (1), by inserting after the words “Express Mail Service” the words “or such other postal delivery or trackable courier service as may be determined by the Supervisor”; and (b) by repealing paragraph (2) and substituting the following paragraph — “(2) The Elections Office shall provide to each postal elector, a prepaid return slip which the postal elector shall use to return the postal elector’s postal ballot.”.
