OMBUDSMAN ACT, 2017 (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2) ORDER, 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by 8(4) of the Ombudsman Act, 2017, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Ombudsman Act, 2017 (Amendment of Schedule 2) Order, 2019. Amendment of Schedule 2 of the Ombudsman Act, 2017 The Ombudsman Act, 2017 is amended in Schedule 2 as follows — (a) in Part 1, by deleting the words “The Complaints (Maladministration) Act (2014 Revision)” and substituting the words “The Complaints (Maladministration) Act (2018 Revision)”; (b) in Part 2, by deleting the words “The Freedom of Information Act (2015 Revision)” and substituting the words “The Freedom of Information Act (2018 Revision)”; and

Paragraph 2 Ombudsman Act, 2017 (Amendment of Schedule 2) Order, 2019

by inserting immediately after Part 3, the following Part — “Part 4 The Data Protection Act, 2017”.
