Public Service Pensions Law (2017 Revision) PUBLIC SERVICE PENSIONS (EX-GRATIA UPLIFT PAYMENTS) (AMENDMENT) In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 15 of the Public Service Pensions Law (2017 Revision) the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019. Amendment of regulation 2 of the Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) Regulations, 2018 - definitions The Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) Regulations, 2018 are amended by deleting the definition of the words “minimum cumulative pension” and by substituting the following definition — “minimum cumulative pension” means a monthly payment which is in the amount of — (a) six hundred and fifty dollars for the 2018 financial year; (b) seven hundred and fifty dollars for the 2019 financial year; eight hundred and fifty dollars for the 2020 financial year; and
