National Conservation Act, 2013 (Act 24 of 2013) NATIONAL CONSERVATION (FEES AND FORMS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2021 (SL 21 of 2021) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the National Conservation Act, 2013, the Cabinet makes the following Regulations —

#1. Citation

#1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Conservation (Fees and Forms)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2021.

#2. Repeal and substitution of regulation 3 of the the National Conservation

(Fees and Forms) Regulations, 2016 – fees; forms etc.

#2. The National Conservation (Fees and Forms) Regulations, 2016 are amended as

follows — (a) by repealing regulation 3 and substituting the following regulation —

“Fees

#3. The prescribed fee for the item specified in column 1 of the Table of

Fees in the Schedule is the amount specified in column 2.”; and (b) by inserting after regulation 3, the following Schedule —

licence other than for a tourist vessel licence in wildlife interaction zone None

#2. Application for wild life interaction zone

tourist vessel licence- vessels under 50 feet in length $50

#3. Application for wild life interaction zone

tourist vessel licence - vessels 50 feet or more in length $100

#4. Licence for wildlife interaction zone

tourist vessel licence – vessels under 50 feet in length $100- payable by 30th January of each year Where first licence granted after 30th January, fee is pro-rated at $8.00 per month

#5. Licence for wildlife interaction zone

tourist vessel - vessels 50 feet or more in length $200- payable by 30th January of each year Where first licence granted after 30th January, fee is pro-rated at $16.00 per month

#6. Fish pot licence

#7. Spear gun licence

#8. Licence to take turtle

$25

#9. Seine net licence

$25

#10. Individual lionfish culling permit

Nil

#11. Individual lionfish spear permit
