Public Lands Act (2020 Revision) PUBLIC LANDS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Public Lands Act (2020 Revision), the Cabinet, after consultation with the Commission, makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Public Lands (Amendment) Regulations, 2022. Amendment of regulation 19 of the Public Lands Regulations, 2021 - construction of structures, road, etc. The Public Lands Regulations, 2021 are amended in regulation 19 by repealing paragraphs (3) and (4) and substituting the following paragraphs — “(3) This regulation does not apply to — (a) a government entity; (b) a national event; and a political meeting.
