Public Service Pensions Act (2023 Revision) PUBLIC SERVICE PENSIONS (EX-GRATIA UPLIFT PAYMENTS) (AMENDMENT) In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 15 of the Public Service Pensions Act (2023 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023. Amendment of regulation 2 of the Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) Regulations, 2018 - definitions The Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) Regulations, 2018 are amended in regulation 2 in the definition of the words “minimum cumulative pension” as follows — (a) by repealing paragraph (d) of the definition and substituting the following paragraph — “(d) nine hundred and fifty dollars from 1st January, 2021 to 30th November, 2023;”; and (b) by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph —
