Private Funds Act (2025 Revision) PRIVATE FUNDS (FEES) (AMENDMENT) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Private Funds Act (2025 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Private Funds (Fees) (Amendment) Repeal and substitution of regulation 4 of the Private Funds (Fees) Regulations, 2024 - annual registration fee The Private Funds (Fees) Regulations, 2024 are amended by repealing regulation 4 and substituting the following regulation — “Annual registration fee For the purposes of section 10(1) of the Act, the annual registration fee payable by a private fund is — (a) four thousand, one hundred and twenty-five dollars; (b) an additional amount of five hundred and twenty-five dollars in respect of each of the private fund’s alternative investment vehicles;

where the private fund is a segregated portfolio company, an additional amount of five hundred and twenty-five dollars in respect of each segregated portfolio; and (d) where the private fund has any other class of shares, units or interests in a company, trust or partnership for which the fund maintains individually presented separate accounts, an additional amount of five hundred and twenty-five dollars in respect of each separate account.”.
