Repealed and replaced by the Immigration Law, 2003 (CMS doc 2003-0034). NOTE: a NEW Caymanian Protection Act was announced upstream in 2025/2026 (its 2026 Regulations are already in the CMS); once that principal Act lands, the bare title becomes an intentionally ambiguous alias key and only year-bearing forms will auto-resolve.
